Kansas Without Punctuation

	Hardwood floors and blonde hair
Her voice reminding me of her enemy
That vintage table that bright kitchen that
Soft grass and Black Sabbath vinyl
	That dress and those jokes
That softness and dim light causing
The western European in me to think
I could just stay here forever
And It had to be this way
	It had to be perfect
Because how else would my heart go sour with
	Directionless pining
